How is a bichectomy done?

After Bichectomy Surgery

The recovery process of each patient may differ after bichectomy surgery. But in general, improvement is observed in the patients in the 14-day period after the operation. During the first three days after bichectomy surgery, consuming soft foods and cold drinks will also prevent possible bleeding. It is also recommended that patients not be exposed to the sun.
After the fat bags are removed after the bichectomy operation, in case of possible inflammation, they will disappear for 3 to 6 months. Possible inflammation usually takes place in the lower jaw part of the face.
With bichectomy surgery, the cheekbones of the face become more prominent and a longer appearance is given to the face.
