known as cheek thinning aesthetics. Bichectomy surgery is performed with local anesthesia. It is very important to clean the mouth before the operation. Cleaning before bichectomy surgery will help reduce infection problems that may occur.<\/p><p>Bichectomy is a type of operation performed by the surgeon by making a small incision on the inside of the cheeks, next to the fat bags. After local anesthesia is applied to the patient, the surgeon makes a small incision in the cheek and removes the bichat (fat tissue) bags with forceps to give a natural appearance. After the fat bags are removed, the wound is sutured. After this procedure is applied to both cheeks, that is, when the operation is completed, the surgeon completes the procedure with a compressive bandage. The entire bichectomy operation takes between 30 and 45 minutes and the patient is discharged on the same day. <\/p><h3>Before Bichectomy Surgery<\/h3><p>For a faster recovery period after bichectomy surgery, the patient should stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking one week before the surgery. If aspirin or blood thinning drugs used by the patient before the surgery are used, taking such drugs should be stopped.<\/p><p>If the patient uses medication regularly due to health problems, he should inform his doctor about all the medications he is using before the surgery. But in general, improvement is observed in the patients in the 14-day period after the operation. During the first three days after bichectomy surgery, consuming soft foods and cold drinks will also prevent possible bleeding.
