METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data collected by APEX CLINIC by automatic or non-automatic methods (oral, written, visual or electronic media); Explicit consent is collected for legal reason or within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data processed in our company within the framework of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK; Shared with Shareholders, Business Partners, Suppliers, Legally Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations, and relevant real and legal persons. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
