Questo intervento chirurgico non pu\u00f2 trattare efficacemente il tipo 1.<\/li><li>Al fine di aumentare il successo di questo intervento chirurgico, anche l&#039;IMC del paziente (35 e oltre) dovrebbe essere elevato.<\/li><li>I livelli di insulina del paziente svolgono un ruolo importante nel successo di questo intervento chirurgico. Pertanto, le riserve di insulina devono essere testate prima che il paziente venga portato in chirurgia.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00c8 molto importante consultare i chirurghi bariatrici e confermare la propria idoneit\u00e0 prima di sottoporsi a qualsiasi intervento chirurgico.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Procedura di bypass per diabetici<\/h3><p>Il chirurgo prepara un piano operatorio dopo che l&#039;idoneit\u00e0 del paziente \u00e8 stata dimostrata da un esame del sangue. Il paziente riceve l&#039;anestesia e quindi inizia l&#039;operazione. Il chirurgo crea una nuova connessione tra lo stomaco e l&#039;intestino tagliando le incisioni necessarie per l&#039;intervento chirurgico. Tuttavia, differiscono nel punto in cui si attacca il nuovo stomaco (sacca). In un bypass diabetico, il chirurgo collega il nuovo stomaco al terzo inferiore dell&#039;intestino. La parte in cui viene effettuata la connessione nell&#039;intestino \u00e8 la regione che stimola di pi\u00f9 il pancreas.
