Aceast\u0103 interven\u021bie chirurgical\u0103 nu poate trata eficient tipul 1.<\/li><li>Pentru a cre\u0219te succesul acestei interven\u021bii chirurgicale, IMC-ul pacientului (35 \u0219i peste) ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u0219i el ridicat.<\/li><li>Nivelurile de insulin\u0103 ale pacientului joac\u0103 un rol major \u00een succesul acestei interven\u021bii chirurgicale. Prin urmare, rezervele de insulin\u0103 trebuie testate \u00eenainte ca pacientul s\u0103 fie luat \u00een opera\u021bie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Este foarte important s\u0103 v\u0103 consulta\u021bi cu chirurgii bariatrici \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 confirma\u021bi eligibilitatea \u00eenainte de a fi supus oric\u0103rei interven\u021bii chirurgicale.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Procedura de bypass diabetic<\/h3><p>Chirurgul realizeaz\u0103 un plan de opera\u021bie dup\u0103 ce adecvarea pacientului este dovedit\u0103 prin test de s\u00e2nge.
